We decided that death by alligator snapping turtle should be a punishment. For something. We haven't figured out what, yet. The angle is weird, but he's longer than my desk. His head reminds me of a horned lizard and his shell does look like some Mad Max battle armor. Rock on, turtle dude.

The otters were playing a game of follow the leader. We stood mesmerized for 15 minutes. It's not our fault they just kept DOING stuff. Damn hypnotic cuteness... We finally left because we were on our way to see the previously mentioned pandas.

The lemurs were sleeping in a pile of tangled limbs (damn their cuteness, too). We tried to count them. Possible: 5. lemurs

And the zebra? Decided a future Halloween should be spent as a zebra. Well, only if I get drunk and decide to get a mohawk that I can stripe. Probably not, but I'll write the possibility down. zebra
